Our range of ongoing training possibilities
An option our employees often take is the qualification as a training supervisor according to AEVO regulations, which is offered by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). Additionally, the IHK Berlin offers further training measures in the commercial and practical field. Recently, one employee has successfully taken the examination as Industrial Forewoman in the area of digital and print media.
Furthermore, the Weidling GmbH offers those employees who decide to take up an academic course of study a contract as a working student with flexible working hours.
We maintain a very intense and constructive collaboration with our various suppliers. According to the department, many training options are offered by suppliers, alongside with annual internal courses. Several course options in the field of EDV complete the range of further training opportunities. All of them are frequently taken advantage of.
