The employee is of an inestimable value and deserves therefore a constant and close attention. Apprentices, full-time staff as well as former employees possess an extensive store of knowledge and experience.
The measures of staff advancement implemented at the Weidling GmbH cover all working areas within the company. Here, not only primary vocational training is offered, but also diverse opportunities of receiving advanced vocational training are made available. Moreover, the cooperation with external institutions is continuously being intensified, concerning, for example, the arrangement of job offers with the help of the employment agency or the financial support received from diverse educational providers which enable the realisation of research projects, internships or theses.
